UFHOSTING (“we”) operates a 30 day money back guarantee. The customer (“you”) is entitled to cancel your account within 30 days of payment being received. Upon cancellation of an account you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund amount is subject to a few conditions listed below:

When you purchase a domain name with us we are unable to offer a full refund. Domain names, once issued run for a year and we are unable to cancel any domain names once they are issued, renewed or transferred. In any of these conditions we are unable to offer any refund in any circumstance.

If you cancel an account which has come with a free domain name you will be able to receive a full refund, however you will be liable for the cost of the domain name which will be deducted from the refund amount. Under no circumstances are we able to cancel the domain name and issue a refund for the domain name amount.
